Layne (J.P.) D.V.M.
Dr.
Layne
Grew up in Dublin, Ohio, moved to Knoxville, TN & attended
University of Tennessee, receiving an undergrad Bachelors in Microbiology from
UT in 1993 and graduated UT as DVM in 1997.
Upon graduation, Dr.
Layne worked
in a mixed animal practice in Columbia, Tennessee, before starting
the clinic here in Hendersonville in 2000. |

Dwayne
Koelling D.V.M.
Born in Louisiana, Dr. Koelling grew up in Franklin TN.
After receiving an undergrad at UT of
Martin, Dr. Koelling graduated in ’93 with a BS in Animal Science.
Dr. Koelling graduated from UT as DVM in 1997. Upon graduation, Dr.
Koelling worked in
Franklin for five years at a small animal practice.
In 2002,
Dr. Koelling came to New Shackle Island Veterinary Hospital and partnered with Dr. Layne. Interests are surgery
and small animal oncology. |
